I began my career in the BPO industry but desired a more dynamic role. iPhiTech allowed me to work as an account executive and develop new skills daily.

How My Journey Started?

I had a difficult journey before I joined iPhiTech as the first Account Executive. I used to work in the BPO industry as a merchant support and was later promoted as a business and insights analyst. For three years, I worked remotely, which had its own challenges.

Unfortunately, my previous employer did not provide me with adequate training and support, which caused episodes of depression.

But now, as the first account executive at iPhiTech, I am surrounded by an amazing team, a supportive manager, and a CEO who cares about employee growth.

The Steve & Mark Program excites me about the future, and I know that with iPhiTech’s knowledge and support, I can retire as a CEO of my own company someday. Remember, don’t give up if you’re facing a challenging journey now. You might just end up where you’re meant to be, just like I did.
