The Story Behind

It was never his dream to own a company where he would have employees or managers reporting to him. Instead, he always wished that CEOs would report to him and that he could help others with their career journey.

He hopes to improve the lives of Filipinos and earn a decent amount of money without leaving the country. He expressed his desire for each team member to one day own their dream home and car, while continuing to work productively with the company.
He comes from a family of farmers and political activists. His dad’s side are farmers while his mom’s side is more engaged in politics. He has a mixture of poor and middle class, so he never really understood how he could fit into society. His mother – who was an overseas worker – didn’t have much business experience but she did her best to work hard and send him to a reputable school.
Many of his relatives think that the only way to make enough money and have the life they want is by working in a different country.
Though his childhood was spent in difficult circumstances, it still took him to places he never would have expected. He craves change. He wanted a different way of thinking that would better his life. BUT, it was never easy.
He recalls his first job in the city of Makati. He was told that he would receive 35,000 Pesos monthly; however, when he got my first payslip, he only saw 4,000 in total. Since then, every month he has received an amount below minimum wage.
He has transferred to several companies in pursuit of his dreams, but it always seems out of reach. He was even asked by a co-worker why he bothers studying for an MBA when he receives the same salary. A lot of times his co-worker see him as ambitious, and sadly they laughed at him.

“People seem to misunderstand the difference between working hard and working smart. But I never stopped learning and training”, he said.

He went back to the province and continued studying for his Masters degree.
He initially thought working for a really renowned company would further his career, so he decided to pursue opportunities with them. It turns out, he was wrong.
He felt overworked and underpaid.
He used to believe that after all the late nights and hard work, he would never have financial burdens again.
He became motivated to create CEOs when he realized that his experience and knowledge could help others. With his strong Sales and Marketing skills, he knows that he can build a successful team. In addition to those talents, he has also learned about finance, research and development – all of which will be essential in building his company.

“When I first started out, I had trouble convincing people to believe in me- even close friends and family.”

He was not content to rest on his laurels. Despite his experience as a top level manager for several companies, he thought that he could use his skills and efforts to uplift every Filipino and make sure their dreams were fulfilled. He never wanted anyone to have the same nightmares as he had.
Now, for 5 successful years, he built his own company, which employs some of the best and brightest young minds in the country. The company has a program called Steve and Mark, which helps employees learn about different aspects of business so that they can eventually become CEOs themselves. This innovative program has helped to make this company one of the most successful in its field.
iPhiTech attracts and retain the upper 1% from our chosen state and private universities in the Philippines where 98% of our employees graduated with Latin honors (e.g. Cum Laude, and Magna Cum Laude, etc).

Our banner program for employees which we call “Steve and Mark”, is an incubation program for all employees when they reach 3-5 years employment. This program teaches them areas of the business such as Leadership and Management, Accounting & Finance Human Resources Research and Development. This helps them to prepare to become CEOs and create their own team while iPhiTech is the mother company that helps them nourish their own from accounting, human resources, training, research and many others.

Frequently asked questions

As the “only” company that hires and maintains top talents from private and state universities where 98% of employees have graduated with Latin honors, we are beating the competition with talents, skills and high ticket trainings we provide within our main offices.

We primarily focus on creating long-term relationships with our clients and employees. Through our Steve & Mark Program, an internal business incubation program, we become true to this commitment.

Our employees are trained to be entrepreneurs of their ‘dream business’  when they reach 3 to 5 years of tenure with iPhiTech.  We register their business under their names.

With this business mindset, iPhiTech becomes the incubation company of different CEOs who are in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science.

We understand that every business is different, and we take the time to learn about client’s unique needs in order to create a custom website that meets their specific requirements.

We also offer a wide range of services, from web design to SEO, so that our clients can get everything they need from one source.

Plus, we’re always up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in web & software development where we focused on WordPress and Shopify, so you can rest assured that the website or software will be built using the latest  technologies and best practices.

A huge percentage of our clients are from various job platforms and social media where we send applications and close the deal per project or with 1-2 years contract.

Now, we are trying to grow the sales and marketing team to create agencies and sub agencies, making us as the largest remote/virtual assistant company that offers Information Technology Skills in the country.

Employers hiring virtual assistants is a BIG problem because it takes jobs away from people who live in the same country as the employers. It also creates a situation where people with the same skills set end up competing against each other for work, which eventually drives down wages.

At least 24 out of 35 employers (69%) we’ve asked, said that the problem of employers hiring virtual assistants: web developers, is that it often leads to a decline in the quality of work. When an employee is working remotely, they are less likely to be supervised closely, which can lead to sloppy work and missed deadlines. Additionally, many employers hire virtual assistants without checking their references or conducting a background check, which can lead to security risks.

In addition, many of these virtual assistant jobs are low-paying, and they often require long hours with no benefits. This can be a difficult job to sustain if you are trying to support a family or if you have other commitments.

There is a lucrative market.

There is a huge demand for information technology graduates in the job market.  In fact, a recent study found that by 2022, there will be 1.5 million unfilled information technology jobs in the United States alone. Our primary market is in the US.

This means that if you’re investing in an IT company,  you can grow your investment with iPhiTech. So don’t worry–there’s definitely a lucrative market for information technology business in 2022 and beyond!

Yes, PDC will be issued to investors who are willing to invest money. This will ensure that the investors receive their profits as promised and also allows the company sufficient time to generate those profits. In addition, issuing PDCs provides investors with a sense of security and confidence in the company, which is essential for attracting long-term investment. By issuing PDCs, we are sending a clear message that we are committed to delivering on our promises and generating healthy profits for our shareholders.

Yes, we have and I found that being funded by Angel investors has several advantages over loaning from banks or other loan institutions.

First, angel investors are usually more willing to take risks than traditional lenders, which means they’re more likely to fund a business with a solid plan but some risk attached.

Second, they’re also more likely to be hands-on and provide help and guidance beyond just the financial backing.

Finally, the process of securing funding from Angel investors is typically much faster than getting a loan from a bank or other lending institution.

Investing is a very important role that you play in the health and wealth of your investments. By being an observant investor, not only can we protect our financial interests but also keep markets honest so they work for everyone!

Investors are vital to a healthy and functioning investment. They provide the capital that enables companies, both successful ones with growing revenue streams as well those struggling financially or about-to go bankrupt in order maintain operations until their next earnings report time comes around again where investors can make informed decisions based on what they know thus far from previous analysis trends alone but also taking into account any new information released between then & now which may affect future expectations

By being watchful and informed, you can help to ensure that the market remains fair and efficient. This, in turn, benefits all investors by helping to create stability and long-term prosperity.

Problem 1: Decongestion of the BIG cities

A lot of graduates from various universities in the provinces are struggling to find jobs in the metro, or else they will work hard despite the congestion in the big cities. Through our Steve & Mark Program where we offer totally FREE food and accommodation to all employees. This may lessen the burden of employees and just concentrate further at work.

Our goal is to help empower people and create their own team in the areas where they are comfortable to work but where there is stable supply of electricity, and internet. The plan is continue producing “Steve & Mark” graduates, which is our banner program for employees.

Where we can get AirBNB houses for rent and in-house only 5-10 employees there. Per areas of a “region or province”, we are looking at 4 offices per municipalities.

Let’s specifically cite one example in Central Luzon, particularly in Pampanga where we already have 7 graduates of Steve and Mark Program.

We hire/recruit employees for each graduate and while they are on their residency with us as employees, they get to know their members until such time that they are full ready and stand on their own.

A Bigger Solution for a Big Problem

The solution can be as big as employers need it to be. Our virtual assistants particularly in our expertise of web and software engineering, it can help with a wide range of tasks, primarily from web design & software programming to  answering meetings, handling customer service inquiries, search engine optimization, social media management, and more.

There are many advantages to working with virtual assistants that have been trained in-house and where they can get premium trainings of different sorts. They’re generally more affordable than large scale on-site staffwe can do 24/7 coverage, and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the team and employer.  Plus, the advances in technology, communication is easier than ever and there’s no need for employers to sacrifice quality or efficiency.

Certainly, yes!

There are a few things that need to happen in order for there to be a large scale impact in the IT sector through:

  1. in-housing virtual assistants and
  2. giving them proper guidance and trainings.

Also, businesses and governments must:

(1) recognize the importance of cybersecurity and

(2) make it a top priority.

(3) invest in the proper tools and resources to protect their network

(4) employees must be properly trained on how to identify and proactively respond to various tasks that are being delegated to them by their employers.

The impact of “virtual work” in the information technology will vary depending on the specific industry or sector. However, in order to have a large-scale impact in the IT sector, it is important to have a clear understanding of the needs of your target audience and develop innovative solutions that address these needs.

It’s also essential to have a strong marketing and communications strategy in place, so that your target audience is aware of your solution and its benefits. And finally, it’s important to partner with like-minded companies and individuals who share our values and who can help us  achieve our goals.  Invest with us, prosper with us.

We’ve been growing for the past few years, and now that we’re at an optimal number of employees to accommodate new projects coming in as well with Steve & Mark program employees, graduating from their training programs. Through the Steve and Mark program, iPhiTech gets a huge percentage from it.

Now our overhead costs will no longer be spent on new equipment but rather upgrade of equipment. Also, funds can go towards nourishing current members through training making us more attractive to clients and shall double or even tripple our value.

Our overhead costs are now stabilized and one key strategy to increase revenue will be done by growing our customer base, increasing the average sale amount, and our new ways to monetize our services. We will also sell to clients our e-Books and courses that are published in DigitalHenyo which we own. We are also planning to increase the number of clients that each software and web engineer is handling (from 1 to 3 maximum clients).

We are also into reducing expenses. This will be done by lowering production costs, streamlining operations, and looking for new suppliers and service providers such as where we get our food supplies since we’ve only been buying supplies directly from malls. We also used to buy a lot of things for our website technology, employee birthdays, company events and many unnecessary expenses. We’ve learned a lot in the past 5 years of operating, and now we’ve so much expenses to cut, while making sure that we maintain our value and employees.

By implementing these strategies, our business can see a significant increase in net income this year and in the coming years.

Selecting participants for the  Steve & Mark Program is an integrity-driven decision. The integrity of our employees are monitored, strengthened  and tested more frequently even before they reach 3 to 5 years of tenure in the company.

iPhiTech continues to test their integrity even after the Steve & Mark Program by putting strict terms in their Steve & Mark Program contracts which they need to bind themselves with. Otherwise, their long wait for this lucrative opportunity is compromised and they will face legal case against them.

We are continously progressing through our Steve and Mark Program which we consider a unique way of diversifying our Information Technology expertise. My team and I have prepared videos and a thorough structure of how we will spend and sustain the business. We are looking at 3x or 4x of our revenue in the next years and more.  Please check out these out for more details:
