The Metro Clark ICT Summit cum Metro Clark ICT Council General Membership Meeting and Election of New Board of Directors. This was an event that aimed to bring together leaders in the field of information and communication technology. With iPhITech IT and Digital Solutions Corporations’ involvement in various PSITE Central Luzon’s activities and events. Which aims to strengthen and uplift information technology education in the region. Metro Clark ICT Council’s IT Business Summit has introduced and invited us.
The activity started and participants were welcomed by Dr. Francisco Villanueva, President of City College of Angeles. Followed by an overview of the organization by Dr. Grace Tyler, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metro Clark ICT Council. Meanwhile, the keynote speech was given by Dennis Uy, CEO of Converge ICT solutions. He spoke about how important it is for the Philippines to keep up with the latest technology trends. Additionally, how the private sector can help the government in this endeavor. He also expressed his support for the Metro Clark ICT Council and pledged to help it in any way he can.
Ms. Emmy Lou Delfin of DICT then gave a message on ICT innovation. She spoke about how the government is currently working on initiatives to promote innovation in the country and invited the private sector to participate in these initiatives.
The event also included technology presentations by the different flagship brands of VST ECS Philippines like AutoDesk, Amazon Web Services, HP, Huawei, and Oracle.
Mark Enriquez, attended the event, together with Jerry Cantilero; Mark Anthony Madalipay, Continuous Improvement Manager; Harvey Tuazon, Multimedia Manager. And Romy Garcia, Accounting Officer. iPhiTech IT and Digital Solutions Corporation is a company that specializes in information technology. The day’s events culminated with raffle draws and cocktail with other networking activities. Activities such as the PSITE Academic Programs and Updates, USAID Opportunities 2.0 and ENCEPHALON Holy Angel University – Technology Business Incubator MOU Signing.
