Our creative activities are designed to enhance your sense of focus, problem-solving, management skills and effective communication. Let’s dive into the details of the exciting activities we did at Camayan Beach Resort just before the dinner party at the Yacht.
Oh Ship! A Luxurious Multimedia Night
At iPhiTech, we value our employees and their contributions to our success. That’s why we organized an evening filled with creative activities to celebrate the hard work and creativity of our talented multimedia team including Sagen Kenn Briones, Harvey Pecjo, Kim Harvey Tuazon, Andrea Hizon, Darsy Estrada, Joshua Khaled Valdez, Daniel Fernandez and Rhyn Daryll Sagaoinit. These individuals are the masterminds behind our clients’ stunning web designs, and they truly deserve a night to let loose and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Activity 1: Human Knot
Human Knot is where participants must stand in a circle facing inwards. And each player must reach out their right hand and join hands with somebody opposite them. The aim is to unravel the knot without releasing each other’s hands, so that the players finish standing in a perfect circle with their hands joined. This activity is an excellent way to develop problem-solving skills, enhance effective communication, and improve your focus towards the goal.
Activity 2: Follow the Leader
The next activity is Follow the Leader, which is a great way to develop effective communication and team dynamics. This activity requires trust, active listening, and quick problem-solving skills, making it an excellent way to improve team bonding and collaboration. Another keypoint is, by working together to solve the puzzle, team members will learn to rely on each other and appreciate each other’s strengths, fostering a more cohesive and productive team.
Activity 3: Perfect Shape
Our third activity is called “Perfect Shape.” This exciting game promotes teamwork, planning, and problem-solving skills. Players are blindfolded and tasked with forming a circle facing inward, each holding a piece of rope. The goal is to work together to move the rope to form a perfect square on the ground. This must have a designated leader guiding their peers using only their voice.
Through this activity, participants will develop their communication and listening skills, as they must rely solely on verbal cues to achieve the task. Additionally, players will learn the value of planning and working as a team towards a common goal through fun.
Activity 4: Body Water Relay
“Body Water Relay” is our fourth and final activity, created to promote effective communication, strengthen relationships, and improve teamwork. This activity basically encourages creative thinking and problem-solving skills, as participants must find innovative ways to move the sponge and extract water using only the assigned body part. It also emphasizes effective communication and teamwork, as participants must rely on each other to accomplish the task.

This even brought together our team of creative professionals for a day of adventure, relaxation, and celebration. This event was not just about having fun, but also about building team camaraderie and recognizing the hard work and dedication that our employees bring to iPhiTech every day.

It’s a good event that anyone needs to experience. Everyone needs a break from work to socialize with others and have fun, even if it’s just for a short time. It is also important that we refresh our minds and body in our work and in what we do every day.
This kind of event is Fun and strengthen relationship of the employees , nakakatulong ito para sa magandang work environment. When the team member have a good relationship, it means meron sense of support to each other. It is okay to have fun sometimes, para mabawasan man lang ang stress at ma refresh . When employees feel valued and motivated, they are more likely to be engaged and productive at work.

This is nice, mas mapapatibay ang bond, teamwork, at relationship ng mga employees. Sa mga gantong event mas lalong ginaganahan ang mga employee dahil kahit papaano ay meron silang break from work.
