This year’s Employee of the Year Award recipient is Ms. Queenie Rose Fermo Derequito. Queenie has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and has been a role model for her peers. Her hard work, dedication, and positive attitude have made her an invaluable team member.
The President’s Circle Award
The President’s Circle Award is a distinguished honor given to an outstanding employee who exemplifies the core values of iPhiTech. This award recognizes a special leader whose superior performance and exemplary character have been commended by iPhiTech management.
This year, we are proud to announce that the President’s Circle Award goes to not just one, but two outstanding employees. Ms. Jennifer Delmonte and Ms. Cheska Burrell have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and have significantly contributed to the success of iPhiTech.
The Houdini Award
The Houdini Award is a well-deserved recognition given by the CEO to employees who have gone above and beyond to show commitment, integrity, and hard work. This award honors outstanding employees whose efforts have been extraordinary.
This year’s Houdini Award goes to Mr. Bonipher Marimla, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. His efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we are proud to have him as a member of our team.
The Bravo Zulu Award
Someone bestows the Bravo Zulu Award upon employees who have shown exemplary dedication and exceptional commitment to excellence and success. Someone gives this award to those whose integrity, hard work, and devotion go above and beyond expectations.
This year, we have two outstanding individuals who have earned the Bravo Zulu Award. Mr. Michelangelo Mamaclay and Mr. Rhyn Daryll Sagaoinit have demonstrated exceptional dedication and significantly contributed to the success of iPhiTech.
Awarding of Regularization to Employees
